Access is part of the work
HELIOS aims to make its information and inquiry routes usable by people with disabilities. The redesign uses semantic headings, labelled controls, keyboard-operable buttons and native dialogs. Display settings offer motion, contrast and text-size choices. These tools supplement accessible design; they are not a certification or a substitute for testing.
The standard we are working toward
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our technical target. We have not completed an independent conformance evaluation and do not claim certification. If a page, form or linked resource creates a barrier, please tell us so we can investigate and provide another way to obtain the information.

Do not send medical details. We can work with you on an alternative way to obtain the information or discuss services.
Third-party resources
External articles, video delivery, fonts and services may have different accessibility characteristics. We review the integrations we choose and welcome reports of barriers. An alternate contact route is provided so a website problem does not have to end the conversation.
