The experience behind the business
Built through

More than a decade of experience across construction, multifamily properties, retail and restaurants.
Jordan’s work has connected project coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, people operations, vendor management and business systems. His experience reaches across the responsibilities that often end up on the owner’s desk.
As a chief operating officer, he built procedures, reporting structures and accountability processes across multiple service lines. Before that, he advised businesses on operational challenges and helped owners develop practical ways forward.
At HELIOS, he brings that experience to reliable books, useful reporting and processes with clear ownership. He works with owners to understand where work gets held up, agree on priorities and put practical changes into use.
