Will HELIOS make clinical or patient-placement decisions?
No. Clinical judgment and treatment decisions stay with the practice. Administrative tracking follows the practice’s approved procedures.
Is insurance billing included?
Only if separately agreed and appropriately scoped. Bookkeeping, cash reporting and administrative support do not by themselves include claims submission or denial management.
