How HELIOS handles website inquiries and information shared with us.

Who this notice covers
HELIOS provides bookkeeping, controller and business operations support. This notice covers our public website and business inquiries. Contact hello@trusthelios.com or call (689) 333-6456 with privacy questions. Our published mailing address is 7726 Winegard Road, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32809.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, selected service, optional message and the page from which you submitted it. We use these details to respond, understand your business needs, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting business relationship. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize marketing text messages.
Please keep sensitive information out of inquiries
Do not include passwords, account credentials, payment card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, patient files, confidential legal matters or employee records in this general inquiry form. Any records required for a client engagement need a separately agreed access and transfer process.
How the website delivers information
The website is hosted with Namecheap. Our inquiry endpoint runs through our WordPress installation and sends messages to hello@trusthelios.com using its configured mail service. Our business mailbox uses Google Workspace. Hosting and email providers process the technical and message information needed to operate those services. Website fonts load from Google Fonts and the homepage video loads through a content delivery network. Those requests disclose technical information such as an IP address and browser details to the receiving provider.
Cookies, browser storage and security
Display preferences and notice acknowledgements are stored on your device. The inquiry form uses a short-lived security cookie, a signed token and temporary hashed network-address counters to help prevent misuse. The inquiry handler does not store message bodies in those counters. Hosting, mail and WordPress security systems may keep operational logs. Sharing and optional features
We use service providers to host the site, deliver inquiries, operate email and maintain security. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. The redesigned main website does not install advertising pixels, analytics, chat or newsletter scripts. External links, telephone services and any separately configured WordPress features have their own data practices.
Retention and security
Inquiry correspondence is kept while needed to respond, evaluate or carry out an engagement, maintain business records, address disputes or meet applicable obligations. This is not a promise of immediate deletion from email backups or required records. Security controls reduce risk but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can clear browser storage, adjust display preferences and contact hello@trusthelios.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify a request and may retain records where legally required or reasonably necessary for an active business matter. Rights and response requirements depend on the laws applicable to your request. Please do not email sensitive identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.
Children and updates
This website is intended for business owners and business representatives, not children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us. We may revise this notice as our services and website change; the review date appears on this page.
